Parfums Christian Dior Marketing Intern

- Support the Marketing team in developing and executing 360-degree launch campaigns with retailers, both online and in-store, across various markets.
- Assist the Category Manager with the operational launch of new products, including managing collateral and materials for all new launches and in-store focuses.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal departments and key external suppliers to support 360-degree launch planning and execution.
- Collate and analyze data on new product launches and marketing activations on an ongoing basis.
- Compile internal reports, such as monthly marketing reports, and closely track and analyze competitor launches and activities.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
- Assist in developing and implementing media campaigns.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
- Manage individual projects, contingent on development within the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level). French and/or other languages are considered advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational skills with strong management capabilities.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Pack and/or CRM platforms is a plus.
Previous professional experience in marketing and/or retail positions is considered advantageous, though not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly valued.
