- Support the Marketing team in the development and execution of 360-degree launch campaigns with retailers, both online and in-store, across various markets.
- Assist the Category Manager with the operational launch of new products, including managing collateral and materials for new launches and in-store focuses.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and key external suppliers to facilitate 360-degree launch planning and execution.
- Collate and analyze data on new product launches and marketing activations on an ongoing basis.
- Compile internal reports, such as monthly marketing reports, and closely track and analyze competitor launches and activities.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of media campaigns.
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
- Manage individual projects, contingent on development within the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly valued.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level). Proficiency in French or other languages is considered advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
Previous professional experience in marketing and/or retail positions is advantageous but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field. Master’s degree is highly valued.
