1. Manage operational aspects of ongoing and upcoming launches for Haute Valeur offerings.
2. Assist in the orchestration of launches by updating management documents and animation plans.
3. Collaborate on 360° strategies for new products with CRM, Influence, and Retail teams, including sales support tools.
4. Support cross-functional projects such as new store openings and sampling operations.
5. Analyze launch performance and market trends.
6. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses.
7. Monitor sales of exceptional pieces and new releases.
8. Prepare launch reports covering Retail, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, Media, and Influence activations.
9. Conduct competitive intelligence and field visits.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in marketing or the beauty sector.
