Marketing Intern - High Value Products

1. Manage the operational aspects of current and upcoming product launches for high-value offerings.
2. Assist in the orchestration of launches through the maintenance and updating of management documents and animation plans.
3. Contribute to the development of 360° marketing strategies for new products with various teams including CRM, Influence, and Retail.
4. Support cross-functional projects such as new store openings and sampling operations.
5. Analyze the performance of product launches and market trends.
6. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses.
7. Monitor the sales of exceptional pieces and new products.
8. Prepare launch reports covering Retail, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, Media, and Influence activations.
9. Conduct competitive intelligence and field visits.
10. Assist the Product Manager with operational tasks, including performance analyses and updating materials for spas and Dior La Suite cabins.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
2. First experience in marketing and/or the beauty sector.

2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Strong numerical sensitivity.
