- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly fragrance sell-out reports, extracting key insights.
- Gather qualitative field feedback on new launches.
- Collect, file, and report competitive information, including new launches, in-store and online visibility, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain and update competitor price ladder strategy for pricing analysis and annual price increases.
- Conduct weekly store visits in London to gather market insights.
- Manage budget by raising purchase orders and tracking fragrance activity expenses weekly.
- Coordinate monthly budget reconciliations for non-saleable materials.
- Develop and produce marketing materials in accordance with guidelines, timing, and budget.
- Collaborate with the commercial department on the annual promotional gift plan.
- Ensure timely forecasting and delivery of promotional gifts with the French production team.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the field team.
- Create comprehensive 360 marketing presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop retailer communications on new launches and trade plans.
- Contribute to creative idea generation within the department.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accountability for the quality of deliverables.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage in all projects.
- Clear and concise reporting style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates with some exposure to the beauty industry.
