Marketing Intern - Fragrance

1. Conduct weekly and monthly fragrance competitive reports using the Circana platform.
2. Gather, file, and report weekly competitive information including new launches and visibility strategies.
3. Update and maintain competitor price ladder strategy for product launch pricing analysis.
4. Compile field feedback on new launches and events.
5. Visit at least one store per week in London.
6. Coordinate monthly budget reconciliations for non-saleable materials.
7. Manage the monthly Free Product Tracker and allowances by Fragrance Category.
8. Coordinate photography planning and scheduling for key launch animations.
9. Create and produce marketing materials in line with guidelines and budgets.
10. Coordinate Monthly Engraving Events and animation implementations.
11. Organize new launch books and central documents for the fragrance team.
12. Place ad-hoc orders for stores and head office.
13. Prepare stores for VIP visits ensuring guidelines are met.

1. 6+ months previous experience in beauty is preferred but not mandatory.
