Parfums Christian Dior Marketing Intern - Fragrance

- Compile weekly and monthly fragrance competitive reports, extracting insights via the Circana platform.
- Gather and report weekly competitive information including new launches, visibility strategies, and animations.
- Maintain competitor price ladder strategy for pricing analysis and annual price increases.
- Collect and compile field feedback on new launches and events.
- Conduct a minimum of one store visit per week in London.
- Coordinate monthly budget reconciliations for non-saleable materials and manage the Free Product Tracker.
- Plan and schedule photography for key launch animations, ensuring adherence to Dior standards.
- Create and produce marketing materials such as in-store signage and training materials.
- Coordinate monthly engraving events and implement animations in line with guidelines and budgets.
- Organize and maintain central documents and place ad-hoc orders for stores or head office.
- Prepare stores for VIP visits, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- 6+ months of previous experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Highly collaborative with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail in task management and budget tracking.
- Problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Beginner level experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
