- Manage the operational aspects of current and upcoming launches for Exceptional Fragrances.
- Assist in the orchestration of launches through the maintenance and updating of management documents and animation plans.
- Collaborate with various teams (CRM, Influence, Retail) to construct 360° strategies for new products, including sales support tools.
- Support cross-functional projects such as new store openings and sampling operations.
- Analyze the performance of launches and market trends.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses.
- Monitor the sales of exceptional pieces and new products.
- Prepare launch reports covering Retail activations, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, Media, and Influence.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and field visits.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- First experience in marketing and/or the beauty sector.
- Strong organizational and creative skills.
- Versatility and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical acumen with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level experience in marketing or the beauty sector is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
The internship offers an opportunity to develop expertise in the French market, particularly in high-end perfumery and direct-to-consumer strategies, while gaining hands-on experience in operational marketing and project management.
