Parfums Christian Dior Operational Product Manager Assistant Internship - Beauty

- Assist in the execution of sales cycles with Product Managers and Group Managers.
- Support marketing presentations, including product presentations and mock-up management.
- Contribute to the adaptation of product assortments specific to Travel Retail.
- Maintain regular contact with the marketing development and business development teams.
- Work on cycle documents such as planograms, assortment slides, and merchandising supports.
- Monitor visual merchandising topics and create tools for the sales force, including cycle books and brochures.
- Coordinate with the Trade team to prepare Trade support tools for major launches.
- Assist in developing training modules for the sales force.
- Conduct competitive intelligence, tracking monthly launches and major innovations in cosmetics.
- Prepare and present competitive analysis autonomously with other interns.
- Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- Significant experience in the cosmetics and luxury industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Curiosity and versatility with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and project management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with NPD and Nielsen panel software.
Entry-level position suitable for individuals with significant experience in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
