- Serve as a financial partner to the Marketing Development, POSM Purchasing, and Supply teams, overseeing POSM MAKEUP expenditures and contributing to the implementation of strategies defined by the Executive Committee.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a POSM menu for each initiative, estimating costs and forecasting volumes to ensure assortment coherence in terms of complexity and associated costs.
- Validate reference creations, working with Industrial Management Control and POSM Purchasing to finalize costs in systems.
- In partnership with Supply teams, analyze market forecasts and conduct post-launch analyses.
- Support Marketing, POSM Purchasing, and Supply teams in daily financial indicator analysis, including cost evolution, sales/POSM ratio, and actual consumption versus forecasts.
- Conduct annual efficiency analyses of the POSM Makeup portfolio from a product perspective, proposing cost optimization strategies.
- Engaged and dynamic profile with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent collaborative skills and a strong product sensitivity.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a synthetic analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with PowerQuery, PowerBI, and SAP is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excluding internships.
Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Engineering, Finance, or Management.
