1. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a POSM menu for each initiative, estimating costs and forecasting volumes to ensure assortment coherence in terms of complexity and associated costs.
2. Validate reference creations, working with industrial financial control and POSM purchasing to finalize costs in systems.
3. Analyze market forecasts and conduct post-launch analyses in partnership with supply teams.
4. Support marketing, POSM purchasing, and supply teams in daily analysis and financial indicator challenges, including cost evolution, sales/POSM ratios, and actual consumption versus forecasts.
5. Conduct annual efficiency analyses of the POSM Makeup portfolio to propose cost optimization strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Management (BAC+5)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, excluding internships

6. Familiarity with PowerQuery, PowerBI, and SAP is advantageous
