- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and brand marketing departments.
- Coordinate the implementation of international innovations in the KSA market according to the launch calendar.
- Plan and manage promotional activities, ensuring alignment with commercial and merchandising teams.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including visuals, podiums, and flyers, and organize necessary photo shoots.
- Conduct local market research to assess customer demands, brand positioning, and competitor activities.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective communication of marketing activities and stock availability.
- Manage marketing budgets and prepare monthly reports on media expenses and budget versus stock comparisons.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media support for events and asset preparation.
- Build and maintain a robust customer database (CRM) through consolidated information from POS.
- Set up and follow up on on-counter animations and events, including supplier selection and briefing.
- Forecast novelties and basic POSM, ensuring alignment with the trade marketing plan and budget constraints.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with regional and local teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury goods or cosmetics preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
