1. Adapt central marketing plans for the Middle East region, aligning with market-specific requirements and collaborating with central product managers.
2. Work with the merchandising team to update planograms and create comprehensive 360 marketing plans for key launches.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop point-of-sale tools such as leaflets, brochures, and thematic animations.
4. Participate in trade support plans, including BC contests, training, and exclusive retailer partnerships.
5. Conduct competitive analysis reports for the Fragrance category across online and offline channels.
6. Prepare business review documents, including cycle books, presentations, and mockups, within set deadlines.
7. Update and communicate the product catalog, including new launches and discontinued products.
8. Manage the production and communication of regional launch newsletters.
9. Lead the forecast process, preparing forecast files and collaborating with the supply chain team.
10. Assist local markets in adjusting forecasts based on sell-out data and communicate updates to the forecast team.
11. Prepare and deliver presentations during regional seminars and business reviews.
12. Conduct monthly sell-in/sell-out analysis and provide feedback on launches and competitive reports.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing position, preferably with regional experience.
2. Strong knowledge and affinity with the Fragrance category.

1. Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
2. Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Creative, agile, and innovative thinking with a proactive attitude.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of market strategies.
6. Adaptable and diligent with a focus on accuracy and adherence to timeframes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role is required, with regional experience considered advantageous.
