- Adapt central marketing plans for the Middle East region, aligning with market-specific requirements and collaborating with central product managers.
- Work with the merchandising team to update planograms and create comprehensive 360 marketing plans for key launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop point-of-sale tools such as leaflets, brochures, and thematic animations.
- Participate in trade support plans, including BC contests, training, and exclusive retailer partnerships.
- Conduct competitive analysis reports for the Fragrance category across online and offline channels.
- Prepare business review documents, including cycle books, presentations, and mockups, within set deadlines.
- Update and communicate the product catalog, including new launches and discontinued products.
- Manage the production and communication of regional launch newsletters.
- Lead the forecast process, preparing forecast files and collaborating with the supply chain team.
- Assist local markets in adjusting forecasts based on sell-out data and communicate updates to the forecast team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations during regional seminars and business reviews.
- Conduct monthly sell-in/sell-out analysis and provide feedback on launches and competitive reports.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing position, preferably with regional experience.
- Strong knowledge and affinity with the Fragrance category.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, agile, and innovative thinking with a proactive attitude.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market strategies.
- Adaptable and diligent with a focus on accuracy and adherence to timeframes.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role is required, with regional experience considered advantageous.
