1. Assist product managers in the development of the makeup franchise, including Teint: Forever, Eyes & Collections, and Lips: Rouge Dior, Dior Addict.
2. Contribute to the development of new concepts, animations, and launch projects for iconic products.
3. Manage 360° marketing plans and coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, and Packaging teams.
4. Conduct market and competitive analysis, conceptual research, and respond to specific market or departmental requests.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or an equivalent field.
2. Fluent in English and possessing a C2 level in French.

1. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Passion for cosmetics and luxury industries.

Beginner

Master's degree in progress in Business or equivalent.

Interns will engage in a comprehensive integration program, including training modules on Dior's heritage, products, and processes. Networking opportunities with young talents across departments, HR coaching, and the chance to develop and present a key business project to top management are also provided.
