Marketing Development Intern - Product Assistant

1. Assist in the development of the Dior Spa innovation plan.
2. Participate in product development and conceptual thinking for the Les Solutions Professionnelles range.
3. Collaborate with project team members on creative briefs, packaging development, mock-up management, formulation follow-up, and text writing.
4. Develop and launch 360° activation plans.
5. Extend high-tech machines in Dior Spas in collaboration with leading cosmetic technology innovators.
6. Develop new massage tools in collaboration with partners to create exceptional pieces.
7. Conduct performance studies of the franchise across different markets and perform competitive analysis.
8. Create and adjust treatment menus in collaboration with Dior Spa expert trainers.
9. Assist product managers in implementing launch plans.
10. Coordinate development of launch package materials with agencies or internally.
11. Address specific market requests.
12. Assist in preparing major meetings with top management.
13. Develop a global vision of the Spa sector and understand its key challenges within Dior.
14. Gain knowledge of retail and its challenges.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
2. Organized, versatile, rigorous, and open-minded.
3. Passionate about cosmetics and luxury.
4. Ideally, previous significant experience in marketing operations or development in cosmetics or another sector.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Project management involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
3. Fluent in English and French.
