1. Coordinate product launch projects, including the development of new products focusing on formula and packaging.
2. Conduct market and trend analysis, including competitive studies, sector monitoring, and quantitative market analysis.
3. Participate in 360° marketing project development, coordinating with internal teams such as communication, brand content, digital, makeup studio, and advertising.
4. Respond to local market requests, adapting materials and monitoring regional specifications.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent), preferably with initial experience in marketing or project management.
