1. Coordinate product launch projects, including the development of new products focusing on formula and packaging.
2. Conduct market and trend analysis, including competitive studies, sector monitoring, market data analysis, and conceptual research.
3. Participate in the 360° development of marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams such as communication, brand content, digital, makeup studio, and advertising.
4. Respond to local market requests, adapting materials and monitoring regional specifications.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent), ideally with initial experience in marketing or project management.
