1. Coordinate product launch projects, including overseeing the development of new products, focusing on formulation and packaging.
2. Conduct market and trend analysis, including competitive studies, industry monitoring, and quantitative market analysis.
3. Participate in the 360° development of marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams such as communication, brand content, digital, makeup studio, and advertising.
4. Respond to local market requests by adapting materials and monitoring regional specifications.
