1. Assist product managers in the development of the Eye franchise.
2. Participate in the creation of new concepts, animations, and launch projects.
3. Manage 360° marketing plans and coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, and Packaging teams.
4. Conduct market and competitive analysis, including conceptual research.
5. Address specific requests from local markets or other departments.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English and C2 level in French.

1. Organized and versatile with strong attention to detail.
2. Creative with a passion for cosmetics and luxury.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in cosmetics and luxury is essential.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or a related field.
