Marketing Coordinator

1. Create and collate marketing overviews for new seasons for Product Manager and Marketing Director sign-off.
2. Assist with creation of marketing presentations.
3. Weekly collation of marketing updates and production of launch brief presentations.
4. Ensure product packaging compliance with local regulations.
5. Run weekly and monthly sell-out reports by brand and SKU.
6. Input sell-out data into regional reports.
7. Assist with the setup and weekly update of novelty sales tracking.
8. Gather competitor pricing and launch activities.
9. Assist with post-campaign/event reports.
10. Coordinate and plan trade events with guidance from Event Manager and Product Managers.
11. Manage event budget tracker and external suppliers.
12. Create event briefs for the sales team.
13. Raise purchase orders and inventory requests.
14. Assist with general administration tasks such as booking travel and accommodation.

1. Tertiary qualifications, preferably business-related.

1. Strong experience with Excel formulas (VLookup, Pivot tables, basic sum, average, and year-on-year growth).
2. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
3. Knowledge of InDesign or Adobe Suite is a plus.
4. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
5. Positive can-do attitude and high level of resilience.
6. Keen eye for detail.
7. High level of motivation, energy, and drive.
8. Appreciation and knowledge of luxury retail/beauty is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
