Parfums Christian Dior Marketing Coordinator

- Implement international marketing strategies and deliver localized marketing plans, including product launches and communication plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis.
- Maintain growth on key product ranges and identify development opportunities.
- Execute the EPCD marketing strategy to enhance brand presence across all categories and sales channels.
- Co-manage and analyze the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and follow-up.
- Manage and track forecasts to align with market demands.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with various departments to support marketing objectives, including sales, logistics, and merchandising.
- Develop and execute marketing activation ideas.
- Coordinate the execution of merchandising strategies.
- Drive omnichannel growth and development.
- Gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and the global luxury market.
- Create marketing materials for key initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing actions and outcomes.
- Organize and support annual meetings, conferences, and strategy sessions.
- Perform additional duties as required by the role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- University degree.
- Strong motivation and passion for the beauty industry.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- High-quality execution focus.
- Creativity and positive thinking.
- Results-oriented with a focus on effectiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry is required.
