1. Assist the makeup marketing team with merchandising for the department.
2. Create and track product references, point-of-sale displays, and mock-ups across all makeup franchises.
3. Execute and monitor promotional display operations.
4. Support product managers with Launch Books, including proofreading and formatting merchandising sections.
5. Participate in Menu Code 3 meetings, feedback sessions, and merchandising briefings.
6. Develop and update Look compositions.
7. Order products for photo shoots and team requirements.
8. Organize shade committee meetings and distribute agendas.
9. Manage supplier purchase orders via SAP.
10. Order office supplies.
11. Manage access to ROSAS for new employees.
12. Maintain the Director of Portfolios' schedule.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +2) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant assistantship experience.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PLUM.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail and reliability.
5. Curiosity and autonomy.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar assistantship role is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +2).
