1. Assist in organizing and executing marketing and promotional activities, including street marketing and outdoor events.
2. Support the planning and logistics of in-store training sessions and major retailer events.
3. Manage the training Instagram account, developing content and engaging with the community.
4. Assist in the creation of digital content and marketing collaterals for trade projects.
5. Provide logistical support for office operations, including package management and PR stock control.
6. Engage in community management across social media platforms, including responding to comments and direct messages.
7. Support the field team by providing selling tools and materials.
8. Coordinate local content creation and giveaways on social media.
9. Scout and manage relationships with micro-influencers in the Club Pink community.
10. Assist in submitting translation requests and uploading materials to partner sites.

1. Passion for makeup and retail.
2. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time.
5. Proactive and thorough with a love for challenges.
6. Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality.

1. Proficiency in English and one Scandinavian language is a plus.
2. Knowledge of social media platforms and Adobe Suite.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Effective communication skills.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners with a strong interest in marketing and training within the cosmetics industry.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program with a school agreement.
