1. Plan and organize training sessions based on annual training and launch calendars, aligned with business strategies.
2. Provide comprehensive training on makeup product knowledge, application techniques, and sales strategies in accordance with PCD central guidelines.
3. Conduct training through various formats including e-learning, in-class sessions, online modules, and point-of-sale (POS) training.
4. Prepare and develop training materials, including translating modules and creating local training content for both digital and in-class formats.
5. Execute makeup training and assess its impact on beauty consultants, color stylists, and makeup artists according to their career paths.
6. Manage the annual recruitment and certification of color stylists, focusing on knowledge, service skills, and consultation levels.
7. Conduct regular POS coaching to enhance service levels and support individual development of beauty consultants.
8. Develop programs and activities to motivate and encourage beauty consultants.
9. Consolidate and follow up on training feedback using digital platforms.
10. Collaborate with relevant departments to support product launches, service development, and special projects.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer or in a relevant position within the beauty industry
