2. Deliver comprehensive training on makeup product knowledge, application techniques, and sales strategies in alignment with central guidelines.
3. Implement blended training formats including e-learning, in-class, online, and point-of-sale (POS) training.
4. Develop and prepare training materials, including translating modules and creating local digital and in-class content.
5. Conduct makeup training and assess its impact on the career development of beauty consultants, color stylists, and makeup artists.
6. Facilitate annual makeup certification for color stylists, focusing on product knowledge, service skills, and consultation levels.
7. Provide regular POS coaching to enhance service levels and individual consultant development.
8. Design motivational programs and activities for beauty consultants.
9. Gather and analyze training feedback through digital platforms.
10. Collaborate with related departments to support product launches, service development, and special projects.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer or in a relevant position within the beauty industry.
2. Proven expertise in makeup application and service execution.
3. Fluency in English is advantageous.
4. Proactive and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
