Parfums Christian Dior Makeup Marketing Coordinator

- Support daily operations of the Dior U.S. Makeup Marketing team, including analytical reports on competitive and internal sales data for new launches.
- Assist in executing U.S. Marketing Plans to drive long-term profitable growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Lead creation and follow-up of all forms related to face initiatives, including CWRs, pre-launch requests, and influencer briefs.
- Collaborate with the Face Marketing Manager to forecast upcoming launches and understand processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on PR, education, events, media support, and co-op programming execution.
- Track creative and purchasing processes to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Monitor retail sales weekly and monthly to anticipate and react to market changes.
- Work with the Education team to evolve marketing strategy and implement it in seasonal seminars.
- Prepare seasonal marketing calendars and programs for retailers, developing relationships with planners to meet retailer-specific needs.
- Manage procedures, forms, analyses, and reports critical to marketing plan execution.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely program delivery, highlighting potential issues to management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the beauty industry
- Highly analytical with experience in NPD (Beauty competitive reporting system)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of social and digital media
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience in makeup retail sales preferred
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, ideally within the beauty sector.
Bachelor’s degree required.
