1. Lead and manage the counter, motivating and developing the team to achieve retail KPIs and sales targets, including staff scheduling.

7. Manage stockroom and coordinate assortment with the back-office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Extensive experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Strong experience in developing a robust CRM network.
5. Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.

1. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous.
2. Analytical thinking with a strong grasp of metrics for deriving actions.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail and team leadership.

Commercial training in retail or a related field.
