1. Lead and manage a team of four, including an assistant controller and three waste management specialists.
2. Monitor and analyze logistics operations costs and performance.
3. Develop budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.
4. Determine stock depreciation provisions and liaise with the Industrial Supply Chain to assess stock destruction risks.
5. Conduct ad hoc studies, including medium to long-term capacity analyses and investment project profitability calculations.

1. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field, preferably from a top-tier institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of significant operational financial control experience.

1. Proficiency in financial control principles and analytical accounting.
2. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
3. Professional proficiency in English.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt and demonstrate pedagogical skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in operational financial control, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.

Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
