Christian Dior Legal Intern - Contracts, Distribution, Competition

1. Assist in the drafting and negotiation of various contracts and amendments in both English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, general terms of purchase, distribution contracts, and sales conditions.
2. Prepare and draft legal recommendations and documents to support French and international business operations in areas such as contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer law.
3. Support the legal monitoring of collective procedures for French distributors, collaborating with operational teams and external counsel.
4. Participate in actions against parallel markets to protect the selective distribution network and preserve the luxury brand image of Parfums Christian Dior.
5. Conduct legal research, draft memos, and maintain legal watch on legislative and jurisprudential developments impacting the company.

1. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law with a strong grasp of contract and economic law.
2. Previous significant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, particularly in obligations law, distribution law, and/or competition law.
3. Dual education in an Anglo-Saxon country and/or specialized Master's degree and/or Law School is appreciated.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
