Parfums Christian Dior Legal Intern - Contracts, Distribution, Competition

- Assist in the analysis and drafting of various contracts and amendments in both English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, general terms of purchase, distribution contracts, and sales conditions.
- Prepare and draft legal recommendations and documents to support operational teams in business law areas such as contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer law.
- Support the legal monitoring of collective procedures involving French distributors in collaboration with operational teams and external counsel.
- Participate in actions to combat parallel markets, preserving the selective distribution network and protecting the luxury brand image of Parfums Christian Dior.
- Conduct legal research, draft memos, and monitor legislative and case law developments impacting the activities of Parfums Christian Dior.
- Currently pursuing a third-cycle degree in business law with a strong grasp of contract law and economic law.
- Previous significant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, particularly in contract law, distribution law, or competition law.
- Dual education in an Anglo-Saxon country and/or a specialized master's degree and/or law school is appreciated.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.

Ideal candidates have completed one or more internships or apprenticeships, accumulating 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm, particularly in the fields of obligations law, distribution law, and/or competition law.
Currently pursuing a third-cycle degree in business law.
