Parfums Christian Dior Legal Intern - Contracts, Distribution, Competition

- Assist in the analysis and drafting of various contracts and amendments in both English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, general terms of purchase, distribution contracts, and sales conditions.
- Prepare and draft recommendations and legal documents to support French and international business operations in areas such as contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer law.
- Provide legal support in monitoring collective procedures of French distributors, working closely with operational teams and external counsel.
- Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts to protect Dior's selective distribution network and maintain the brand's luxury image.
- Conduct legal research, draft memos, and monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments affecting Dior's operations.
- Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law with a strong grasp of contract law and economic law.
- Prior significant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, particularly in contract law, distribution law, or competition law.
- Dual education in an Anglo-Saxon country and/or specialized Master's degree and/or attendance at a law school is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.

Ideally, candidates should have completed one or more internships or apprenticeships, totaling 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, focusing on contract law, distribution law, or competition law.
Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law.
