1. Assist in the analysis and drafting of various contracts and amendments in both English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, general purchasing conditions, distribution contracts, and sales terms.
2. Prepare and draft legal recommendations and documents to support French and international operations in business law, including contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer law.
3. Support the legal monitoring of collective procedures for French distributors in collaboration with operational teams and external counsel.
4. Participate in actions to combat parallel markets, preserving the selective distribution network and protecting the luxury brand image of Parfums Christian Dior.
5. Conduct legal research, draft memos, and monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments impacting Parfums Christian Dior's activities.

1. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law with a strong grasp of contract law and economic law.
2. Previous significant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in contract law, distribution law, and/or competition law.
3. Dual education in an Anglo-Saxon country and/or specialized Master's degree and/or Law School is appreciated.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
