Legal Intern - Contracts, Competition, Distribution

Parfums Christian Dior, part of the LVMH Group, is a leading company in the Perfumes & Cosmetics market, both in France and internationally.

1. Assist in contract negotiation and drafting in both English and French, including confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, service agreements, and distribution contracts.
2. Prepare and draft recommendations and documents to support legal operations in business law, including contract law, distribution law, competition law, and consumer law.
3. Support the legal monitoring of collective procedures for French distributors in collaboration with operational teams and external counsel.
4. Assist in combating parallel markets to protect the selective distribution network and maintain the luxury brand image of Parfums Christian Dior.
5. Conduct legal research, draft notes, and monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments affecting Parfums Christian Dior's activities.

1. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law.
2. Strong understanding of contract law and economic law.
3. Previous significant experience in a company or law firm, particularly in contract law, distribution law, and/or competition law.
4. Dual training in an Anglo-Saxon country and/or specialized Master's degree and/or Law School appreciated.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Good synthesis skills.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in business law.

Internship agreement required.
