1. Define and maintain the graphic identity of the e-commerce platform.
2. Design, document, and evolve the design system.
3. Create guidelines and digital assets specific to e-retail and Dior.com.
4. Present strong concepts to top management and marketing with a focus on storytelling.
5. Prototype customer journeys for demonstrations and user testing, mastering animations and micro-interactions.
6. Design efficient and seamless customer journeys from the homepage to checkout.
7. Collaborate with the Lead UX designer and Data teams to continuously improve user experience.
8. Work with Christian Dior Couture teams to ensure experience consistency.
9. Collaborate with E-merchandising and Marketing teams to create engaging interfaces aligned with campaigns.
10. Co-develop coherent, testable, and high-performing solutions with product and technical teams while respecting brand DNA.
11. Guide and inspire a team of 2 UI designers.
12. Implement design review rituals and promote a performance and user-oriented design culture.
13. Ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables from briefing to strategic reflection through to delivery and optimization.
14. Stay updated on e-commerce UX/UI trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance engagement, conversion, and accessibility.
15. Continuously monitor competitors in the luxury and beauty sectors.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role involving mentoring or coordination.
