- Conduct ad hoc analyses to enhance customer understanding and inform client development strategies.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analyses.
- Perform studies on customer behavior, product performance, and prospect conversion pathways.
- Interpret insights and propose action plans based on analytical results.
- Proactively suggest studies addressing strategic challenges.
- Oversee the evolution of the Client Insights portal on Power BI.
- Collect and prioritize requests for dashboard updates and new features from market teams.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requested updates and fixes.
- Verify the relevance and accuracy of new dashboard content.
- Conduct consistency tests to ensure data and KPI reliability.
- Participate in functional testing phases before dashboard deployment.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous pre-release checks.
- Draft training guides to assist users in navigating dashboards.
- Organize quarterly training sessions on dashboards, including Q&A segments.
- Co-lead the Client Insights community with the Manager, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Guide the professional development of the Data Analyst.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among global Data Analysts.
- Support the team in measuring incremental revenue generated by AI-driven client activations.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Dataiku for constructing analysis flows.
- Marketing acumen to facilitate indicator comprehension.
- Ability to challenge and influence technical teams.
- Technical skills in analytics tools (e.g., Dataiku), relational databases (SQL), data visualization solutions (Power BI), and cloud environments (GCP).
- Fluency in English and French is essential; a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school.
