Christian Dior Junior Trade Marketing Manager

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns following international guidelines and local budgets to boost sales at the point of sale (POS).
- Develop and implement customer-specific marketing and promotional materials as well as CRM activities such as editorials, advertisements, and mailings in collaboration with the product management, CRM team, and external agencies.
- Plan and execute POS events such as podiums and MUP roadshows, including result analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance collaboration and expand business.
- Collaborate closely with sales and retail teams to identify sell-out potential by customer/door and recommend action plans as needed.
- Manage projects independently from planning to execution, including budget responsibility.
- Create POSM forecasts and distribution plans for relevant actions, including GWPs, samples, and testers.
- Manage local suppliers to ensure consistency of all locally produced materials.
- Analyze and track marketing activities and profitability control.
- Above-average degree, ideally with a focus on marketing.
- Initial professional experience in marketing within an international company in the consumer goods/luxury goods sector.
- Communicative, service-oriented, and open personality with high self-motivation.
- Highly structured and analytical working style.
- Ability to inspire others and flexibility in dealing with different interfaces.
- Fluent English, French is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of graphic processing software is an advantage (SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign).
Beginner level experience in marketing within the consumer goods or luxury goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
