1. Contribute to achieving ISO 14001 certification by optimizing environmental practices.
2. Enhance communication and awareness in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) to promote a safety culture and achieve the 'zero accident' goal.
3. Implement and improve internal SHE audits, including methodology definition, deployment, result analysis, and proposing concrete improvement actions.
4. Develop standards and procedures related to Safety and Security for the factory, including employee training.
5. Establish a comprehensive energy consumption measurement strategy to reduce usage, including current state assessment, potential gains identification, solution proposals, and performance indicators.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Safety/Environment (engineering school or equivalent).
2. Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability to change.
3. Recognized for communication skills and teamwork abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficient in risk analysis and project management.
