- Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing plans.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the product portfolio within the category, identifying opportunities for growth and rationalization.
- Manage day-to-day category operations and product lifecycle management.
- Develop, execute, and track 360° launch plans for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive category growth, including market research and product distribution expansion.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sell In teams to develop accurate forecasts for new products, basic catalog, and POSM elements.
- Manage and track the POSM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on product launches and overall category performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Sell In, Demand Planning, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and drive category success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product launch plans, ideally in the Beauty industry.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
