1. Execute marketing plans in alignment with global PCD key initiatives and brand image.
2. Manage new product forecasts based on central guidelines and marketing plans.
3. Initiate campaigns and new product launches, including supply status checks and translations.
4. Oversee sample and tester management for fragrance products.
5. Maintain and update product catalogs, informing the marketing division for follow-up.
6. Manage internal orders for final goods and additional items for launches and operations.
7. Handle purchase requests and orders to maintain stable monthly budget management.
8. Update retailer mailers monthly based on fragrance marketing strategy.
9. Track daily sales for main products and consolidate feedback for new campaigns.
10. Conduct market analysis and competitor watch for marketing activations.
11. Organize and execute fragrance and brand animation events to increase awareness and recruit new customers.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the cosmetic industry or FMCG.
3. Fluency in Korean and English.

2. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
3. Strong interest in the cosmetic industry and consumer behavior.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
