- Execute marketing plans in alignment with global PCD key initiatives and brand image.
- Manage new product forecasts based on central guidelines and marketing plans.
- Initiate campaigns and new product launches, including supply status checks and translations.
- Oversee sample and tester management for fragrance products.
- Maintain and update product catalogs, informing the marketing division for follow-up.
- Manage internal orders for final goods and additional items for launches and operations.
- Handle purchase requests and orders to maintain stable monthly budget management.
- Update retailer mailers monthly based on fragrance marketing strategy.
- Track daily sales for main products and consolidate feedback for new campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor watch for marketing activations.
- Organize and execute fragrance and brand animation events to increase awareness and recruit new customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the cosmetic industry or FMCG.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Analytical thinking and statistical insight.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong interest in the cosmetic industry and consumer behavior.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetic industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
