Christian Dior Junior Product Manager

- Coordinate local implementation and orchestration of star product launches in alignment with the International Marketing Strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing plan for each launch, engaging all stakeholders including PR, Training, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, CRM, and E-Business.
- Collaborate closely with MOP Europe teams to share best practices and optimize launch plans.
- Prepare and harmonize sales cycle meetings by category, presenting new cycle novelties to sales teams and developing sell-out tools.
- Contribute to business review preparations and participate in pre-budget annual meetings.
- Conduct monthly sell-out analysis using Nielsen panel data and report on star launches for MOP Europe teams.
- Collaborate with customer service, Key Account Managers, and Retail Managers for launch preparations.
- Manage the yearly construction and monthly follow-up of the Netherlands' sampling, GWPs, and AOG plan.
- Monitor monthly expenses for A&P and analyze ROI for each star launch, developing follow-up and action plans.
- Oversee logistic and financial forecasting for sales products, POSM, testers, samples, and AOG.
- Recruit, train, and manage temporary assistants (trainees).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
- First experience in marketing required.
- Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Strong organizational and proactive approach.
- Diplomatic with the ability to adapt communication style across various levels.
- Problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities.
- Commercial curiosity and engagement skills with retailers and customers.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch; French is a plus.
- Energetic, sociable, and communicative personality.
- Affinity for lifestyle and luxury.
Entry-level experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
