Christian Dior Junior Product Manager

- Manage the annual construction and monthly follow-up of the sampling plan.
- Monitor monthly expenses for advertising and promotion.
- Analyze the return on investment for each star launch and develop follow-up action plans.
- Handle logistic and financial forecasting for sales products, POSM, testers, samples, and AOG.
- Oversee the operational media plan, ensuring timely asset delivery to media owners.
- Recruit, train, and manage temporary assistants (trainees).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and proactive abilities.
- Diplomatic with strong consensus-building skills.
- Problem-solving and lateral thinking capabilities.
- Commercial curiosity and engagement skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
