- Manage and develop key accounts in both physical retail and e-commerce.
- Prepare daily and monthly analyses and presentations, including forecasts.
- Analyze the local market, key players, and omni-channel opportunities.
- Identify potentials and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop, negotiate, and implement annual agreements with clients.
- Report directly to the Senior Key Account Manager and Commercial Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in sales, key account management, or the beauty sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in numbers and Excel.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills.
- High customer orientation and effective negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit.
