1. Manage and develop key accounts in both physical retail and e-commerce.
2. Prepare daily and monthly analyses and presentations, including forecasts.
3. Analyze the local market, key players, and omni-channel opportunities.
4. Identify potentials and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Develop, negotiate, and implement annual agreements with clients.
6. Report directly to the Senior Key Account Manager and Commercial Director.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of practical experience in sales, key account management, or the beauty sector.

1. Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in numbers and Excel.
2. Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills.
3. High customer orientation and effective negotiation abilities.
4. Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit.
