1. Monitor workforce metrics and manage associated forecasting.
2. Develop and track HR indicators such as absenteeism and overtime.
3. Support the preparation of budget exercises.
4. Conduct ad hoc analyses and studies.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Management, Finance, or Social Management Control.
2. Previous experience in a Management Control, Finance, or HR department through internships or apprenticeships.

1. Strong autonomy and versatility.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in relevant fields.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Management, Finance, or Social Management Control.
