1. Participate actively in the deployment of the recruitment plan for Operations France, from drafting job postings to onboarding new employees.
2. Propose and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent for internal teams.
3. Represent the brand at career fairs and educational institutions to enhance employer branding.
4. Support the implementation of intern and apprentice programs, contributing to their journey through internal and external events.
5. Contribute to the professionalization and structuring of HR activities, driving continuous improvement projects.
6. Assist in the development of new tools and performance indicators.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in HR, preferably in a demanding industrial environment.

2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Strong organizational skills with an analytical and synthetic mindset.
4. Proficiency in professional social networks and sensitivity to new HR technologies.

Entry-level experience in HR, ideally within an industrial setting.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
