Junior HR Project Manager Intern

1. Support the deployment of the Employment and Career Management project (GEPP).
2. Implement diagnostics of existing positions and associated career paths.
3. Co-define a strategy for job organization and expected competencies.
4. Establish possible bridges between different positions and departments.
5. Propose and implement corrective actions such as salary analysis and training plans.
6. Participate in meetings with various stakeholders and produce necessary project documentation.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in a demanding process industry is preferred.
3. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
5. Experience in a matrix organization is an advantage.
6. High sense of confidentiality.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong proposal and curiosity skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.

Entry-level experience, ideally in a process-driven industry.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
