1. Support the deployment of the Employment and Career Management Project (GEPP) by conducting a diagnostic of existing roles and career paths.
2. Co-define a strategy for organizational roles and expected competencies within the relevant scope.
3. Establish potential career pathways between various roles and departments, including the creation of detailed job descriptions and role frameworks.
4. Propose and implement corrective actions such as salary analyses and training plans based on identified gaps.
5. Participate in meetings with stakeholders and produce necessary documentation and presentations for project understanding and tracking.

1. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
2. Initial experience in a demanding process industry, enhancing critical and analytical thinking.
3. Recognized for being proactive, curious, and possessing strong communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.
5. Strong sense of confidentiality.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Entry-level experience, ideally within a demanding process industry, is required.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Strategy or Human Resources.

Interns will benefit from an integration program to explore various activities and professions, join a community of interns and apprentices, and participate in numerous convivial events on site.
