Junior HR Project Manager Intern

- Support the deployment of the Employment and Career Management project (GEPP).
- Implement diagnostics of existing positions and associated career paths.
- Co-define a strategy for job organization and expected competencies.
- Establish possible bridges between different positions and departments.
- Propose and implement corrective actions such as salary analysis and training plans.
- Participate in meetings with various stakeholders and produce necessary project documentation.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
- Previous experience in a demanding process industry is preferred.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Experience in a matrix organization is an advantage.
- High sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong proposal and curiosity skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Entry-level experience, ideally in a process-driven industry.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
