Parfums Christian Dior Junior HR Project Manager Internship

- Support the deployment of the Employment and Career Management Project (GEPP) by conducting a diagnostic of existing roles and career paths.
- Co-define a strategy for organizational roles and expected competencies within the relevant scope.
- Establish potential career pathways between various roles and departments, including the creation of detailed job descriptions and role frameworks.
- Propose and implement corrective actions such as salary analyses and training plans based on identified gaps.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and produce necessary documentation and presentations for project understanding and tracking.
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
- Initial experience in a demanding process industry, enhancing critical and analytical thinking.
- Recognized for being proactive, curious, and possessing strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Entry-level experience, ideally within a demanding process industry, is required.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Strategy or Human Resources.
Interns will benefit from an integration program to explore various activities and professions, join a community of interns and apprentices, and participate in numerous convivial events on site.
