1. Advise and sell Dior products, delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.
2. Educate clients about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
3. Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
4. Update displays in line with new launches and planograms.
5. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail manager.
6. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
7. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
8. Foster teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Willingness to travel and relocate as necessary.
3. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
