1. Manage the PC fleet and oversee user management tasks not handled by subcontractors.
2. Contact users to follow up on non-compliant PCs and ensure physical interventions are conducted when necessary.
3. Manage and update the asset management tool.
4. Contribute to the management of Teams and SharePoint.
5. Control user accounts and rights.
6. Ensure 100% compliance of IT assets regarding PCs and security.
7. Support users in transitioning to Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
8. Document IT procedures.

1. Bachelor or Master student.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in IT support or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
