1. Design IT infrastructures ensuring compliance with corporate standards and security policies, and manage all IT equipment and hardware.
2. Coordinate with Regional and Central IS&T teams to oversee IT systems and manage technical projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
3. Supervise local IT outsourcing, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of job functions and business requirements to achieve objectives.
4. Develop and implement IT procedures, integrating processes into new and existing systems, and prepare user specifications and application tests.
5. Innovate solutions for IT issues, maintaining hardware and software in line with security requirements, and logging and resolving issues efficiently.
6. Provide support for system and business applications, including infrastructure, technical problems related to system interfaces, and business applications such as Microsoft Dynamic AX, Warehouse Management System, CRM/POS, SSAS, MS Power BI, M/S SQL, and Oracle Database.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in IS&T implementation and support.

4. Previous experience with a multinational company.

8. Good command of English.

Minimum of 5 years in IS&T implementation and support, with experience in managing IT infrastructure, POS, M/S Dynamic AX, and IBM Cognos being advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields.
