Christian Dior IT Manager

1. Design and maintain IT infrastructures in compliance with corporate standards and security policies.
2. Administer IT equipment and hardware, managing communication with the operation management team.
3. Coordinate with Regional and Central IS&T teams to manage IT systems and technical projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
4. Oversee local IT outsourcing and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Implement IT procedures and integrate processes into new and existing systems, preparing user specifications and performing application tests.
6. Design innovative IT solutions, maintaining hardware and software according to security requirements and resolving issues efficiently.
7. Provide support for system and business applications, including infrastructure, technical problems with system interfaces, and business applications such as Microsoft Dynamic AX, Warehouse Management System, CRM/POS, SSAS, MS Power BI, M/S SQL, and Oracle Database.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IS&T implementation and support.

At least 5 years of working experience in IS&T implementation and support, with experience in managing IT infrastructure, POS, and M/S Dynamic AX being advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields.
