1. Participate in project launch and follow-up meetings.
2. Conduct live demonstrations of CRM applications.
3. Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
4. Test configurations and data flows.
5. Update documentation related to CRM applications.
6. Deploy new users and manage production releases.
7. Provide support during hypercare phases and escalate issues to internal teams or TMA.
8. Test patches before production deployment.

3. Understanding of data models and SQL-like languages.
4. Strong adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in French and English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
