1. Participate in project launch and follow-up meetings.
2. Conduct live demonstrations of CRM applications.
3. Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
4. Test configurations and data flows.
5. Update documentation related to CRM applications.
6. Deploy applications and onboard new users.
7. Provide support during hypercare phases and escalate issues as needed.
8. Test fixes prior to production deployment.

2. Autonomous and curious mindset.
3. Understanding of data models and languages such as SQL.
4. Adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in French and English with strong communication skills.
