Christian Dior Internship – International E-Retail Project Assistant – Makeup

1. Coordinate and monitor the production and distribution of campaign materials for authorized distributor websites in collaboration with central digital and marketing teams.
2. Conduct various analyses and monitoring: determine relevant KPIs for MTD or YTD reports in the makeup category, post-campaign analysis, competitive benchmarking, sharing best practices, and recommending innovations and improvements for Dior.
3. Prepare and follow up on briefs with internal teams and external agencies for banners, email marketing, landing pages, content pages, social media, and product asset pages.
4. Oversee the production of product packshots and gift set shoots.
5. Manage marketing campaigns and key commercial periods for the first half of the year.
6. Handle operational requests from markets related to the animation plan and support specific activations.
7. Assist the manager in formalizing launch strategies and commercial animations.
8. Support the manager in implementing and managing online purchasing assistance tools or immersive experiences associated with priority launches.
9. Ensure the quality of authorized e-retailer sites and adherence to brand image on these platforms.
10. Monitor trends and competition with weekly reports.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in a business school.
2. Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury industries.
3. Interest in digital and e-business challenges with ideally some significant experience in the field.
4. Proactive, organized, meticulous, innovative, and open-minded.
5. Result-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
