1. Actively participate in the recruitment process for interns for the second semester of 2026, including sourcing, pre-selection, phone interviews, interview organization, offers, and onboarding.
2. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand by highlighting internship opportunities, disseminating attractive communications, and managing recruitment platforms.
3. Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance internal communication, including the redesign and content management of the LVMH Beauty Tech intranet.
4. Support Talent Development initiatives by contributing to the creation and publication of a dedicated newsletter and participating in upskilling strategies and training workshops.
5. Propose new HR communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging.

1. Student in a business school, university, or equivalent at Bac+4/5 level, specializing in Human Resources, project management, or organizational management.
2. First experience in HR, recruitment, or internal communication, ideally in an international environment.
3. Strong interest in internal communication and HR development topics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
3. Proactive, organized, meticulous, and analytical mindset.

Entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or internal communication, preferably in an international setting.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, project management, or organizational management.

Compensation between €1500 and €1650, depending on the level of study.
